Components are placed into an industrial ultrasonic cleaner using specialized, heat-activated solvents. This lifts microscopic carbon crust, baked-on copper fouling, and old, gummy lubricants out of tight tolerances that standard hand-cleaning can never reach
Once bare, every component is visually inspected under magnification. We check for micro-cracks, metal fatigue, and critical wear patterns on sear surfaces, locking lugs, and firing pins to catch failures before they happen on the range.

We use specialized chemical solvents paired with premium bronze brushes and bore guides to chemically dissolve and mechanically sweep away stubborn copper jacket fouling and lead deposits.
The chamber and feed ramp are gently polished to a mirror finish. This reduces friction and ensures flawlessly smooth cartridge feeding and extraction.

We test your recoil, firing pin, and magazine springs against original factory specifications.
Standard spray lubricants evaporate quickly and attract destructive dust and grit. We use premium, application-specific lubricants
We reassemble the firearm and conduct strict function tests, checking safety engagement, trigger reset, and firing pin protrusion.
