Components are placed into an industrial ultrasonic cleaner using specialized, heat-activated solvents. This lifts microscopic carbon crust, baked-on copper fouling, and old, gummy lubricants out of tight tolerances that standard hand-cleaning can never reach.

Bore contaminant removal

Lead, Carbon and copper build-up inside the barrel degrades accuracy and raises internal pressures over time. We use specialized chemical solvents paired with premium bronze brushes and bore guides to chemically dissolve and mechanically sweep away stubborn copper jacket fouling and lead deposits.
